As we start 2020 it’s important we receive enough donations to meet our essential bills, contribute to our share of clergy costs and continue we maintain the church building.

St Matthew’s currently has a negative budget because our bills have increased and our income hasn’t.

We also have a Gift Aid booklet with more information, along with a Standing Order Form and empty envelopes at the back of Church.

Please do not hesitate to contact a Church Warden if you have any further questions.

Daffodil Planting

After a generous donation of 600 Daffodil bulbs, as well as 300 crocus from Richard, the volunteers have been busily planting them over the last five weeks.

Looking forward to seeing them in spring.

There is still a lot more to do in the churchyard and our fundraising efforts are ongoing.
